Early on, I was able to explore my imagination and my creativity in an environment that encouraged it. Both at home and at school, I felt supported in the art of making objects, dishes or in the art of changing something or life itself for the better through plays and shows.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Then came adolescence when the opportunities were abundant to change things for the better&#8230; Cigarettes, drugs, partying or rebellion &#8211; petty crime style &#8211; did not attract me to cope with that reality I was introduced to. Rather, it was my imagination that took over&#8230; just to go through this obliged passage. Sometimes, what I saw was so ugly that the crayons of my imagination were busy 24\/7 to color this field, unbearable for my young girl&rsquo;s eyeglasses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Even as a grown-up, I couldn&rsquo;t dry my imaginary mechanism. I do not content myself with what is \u00ab\u00a0normal\u00a0\u00bb, predictable, trendy, usual. I not only have faith in my power to create, and this, on every level, but also in Life. I strongly believe that I am supported by Life in everything that my positive imagination wants to make me believe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I have no limits. I have access to my unlimited potential for wonderful possibilities to draw and color my life. I also like to imagine the best for all those around me, in case they lost their own crayons&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finally, for me, exploring my imagination is ecstatic, and noticing the realization of what I imagined, with faith, is divine&#8230; like the flavor and texture of these warm raw peaches&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Warm Raw Peaches (recipe from my 3rd book coming in 2015&#8230;)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">-Chef Chantale Roy<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Servings : 2-4<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Ingredients :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">4 peaches, sliced<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">3 tsp coconut sugar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">1\/2 tsp cinnamon<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Place sliced peaches in a Pyrex pie plate. Sprinkle with coconut sugar and cinnamon. Placing the pyrex mold in the food dehydrator for about 2 hours at 52 degrees Celsius (125 degrees Fahrenheit). If you leave it for more than two hours, lower the temperature to 46 degrees C (115 degrees F).
