Le sang de colonisatrice coule dans ses veines. Rien n\u2019est \u00e0 son \u00e9preuve, quand elle y croit.\u00a0Une trame de fond colore son parcours\u00a0: libert\u00e9 et authenticit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ses premiers mentors aiguill\u00e8rent sa qu\u00eate vers des valeurs environnementalistes. \u00ab Se nourrir sans faire souffrir \u00bb (John Robbins) donna le ton \u00e0 son cheminement qui l\u2019amena \u00e0 devenir v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne, en mettant elle-m\u00eame l\u2019accent sur la culture biologique, puis v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne en explorant graduellement l\u2019alimentation crue. Depuis une quinzaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, elle en a fait son principal terrain de jeux\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir fait un s\u00e9jour\u00a0\u00e0 l\u2019Institut Hippocrates en Floride, elle a fait l\u2019exp\u00e9rience profonde des bienfaits de l\u2019alimentation vivante sur sa sant\u00e9 et celle d\u2019un grand nombre de gens qu\u2019elle a crois\u00e9s. Pourtant, j\u2019avoue bien honn\u00eatement que mes plus grands accomplissements sont mes deux fils exceptionnels\u2026<\/p>\n<h4 data-fontsize=\"13\" data-lineheight=\"20\">Mes projets<\/h4>\n<p>En plus de mes cours et mes ateliers, je suis toujours en train de travailler sur un nouveau livre! J\u2019en ai publi\u00e9 cinq jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maintenant, tout en ayant deux-trois autres en marche. Et bien s\u00fbr, je les pr\u00e9pare toujours en fran\u00e7ais d\u2019abord avant qu\u2019ils soient traduits en anglais. \u00c0 suivre\u2026<\/p>\n<h4 data-fontsize=\"13\" data-lineheight=\"20\"><\/h4>\n<p>\u00ab J\u2019adore l\u2019art culinaire et j\u2019adore cultiver ces d\u00e9licieux ingr\u00e9dients qui servent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er mes recettes\u2026 \u00ab Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Le Village \u00bb (jardinage urbain \u00e0 Vancouver) fut un des projets qui m\u2019ont tenu \u00e0 coeur.
