J\u2019adore admirer les montagnes en fixant leur sommet, sans en d\u00e9roger. J\u2019accueille les d\u00e9fis de la vie, parce qu\u2019ils me permettent d\u2019y fixer l\u2019horizon et les sommets, m\u00eame quand le vent souffle et tente de m\u2019emp\u00eacher de garder le cap sur mon objectif.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai appris cette le\u00e7on \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, tout au long de mon parcours de vie. Mes anc\u00eatres l\u2019ont compris aussi en tant que colonisateurs ou explorateurs. Si on recule ou on plie au moindre obstacle, on ne se rend pas \u00e0 destination. Quand on accueille les emb\u00fbches comme outils pour se propulser ou pour rediriger notre tir, on double nos chances de r\u00e9aliser ce qui nous appelle int\u00e9rieurement.<\/p>\n<p>Changer d\u2019habitudes alimentaires peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer un p\u00e9riple o\u00f9 l\u2019on peut perdre de vue notre point de mire, par moments. On peut entendre, \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur comme \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de soi, des commentaires d\u00e9sapprobateurs, inquisiteurs, moqueurs et ainsi de suite. Cela peut \u00eatre re\u00e7u comme des bourrasques de vent, des gifles, des \u00e9teignoirs. C\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment qu\u2019on doit allumer notre valve de force int\u00e9rieure et regarder droit devant, sans cligner. Quand, en plus, on va \u00e0 contre-courant, il faut redoubler de vigilance. Vouloir se nourrir sainement, avec principalement des fruits et l\u00e9gumes et peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame sans les cuire, il se peut fort bien que cela <em>ne passe pas comme du beurre dans la po\u00eale<\/em> (excusez-moi l\u2019expression!). Mais c\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment que le tout devient int\u00e9ressant; apprendre \u00e0 compter sur soi fait partie du processus et des bienfaits inattendus \u00e0 retirer de ces changements d\u2019habitudes alimentaires.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s qu\u2019on \u00e9coute notre instinct, un \u00e9lan d\u2019\u00e9nergie se d\u00e9ploie, nous orientant solidement vers la direction \u00e0 prendre et nous indiquant le chemin \u00e0 suivre, \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape. Un jour, sur une chaise de dentiste, alors qu\u2019on s\u2019appr\u00eatait \u00e0 me donner l\u2019anesth\u00e9siant de routine pour une intervention, j\u2019ai senti que je n\u2019en avais pas besoin. Spontan\u00e9ment, j\u2019ai simplement demand\u00e9 si ce dernier \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire. Le dentiste m\u2019a r\u00e9pondu que pour 99,99% des patients, une telle intervention serait inconfortable, donc douloureuse. Pourtant, je sentais quand m\u00eame que je n\u2019en avais pas besoin. Puisque cet art de m\u2019\u00e9couter et de me faire confiance en est un que j\u2019aime bien pratiquer depuis un <em>certain <\/em>temps, j\u2019ai calmement exprim\u00e9 mon d\u00e9sir de ne pas recevoir cet anesth\u00e9siant. Ce dentiste holistique et ouvert d\u2019esprit m\u2019a tout bonnement dit que si \u00e9ventuellement j\u2019en avais besoin, je n\u2019avais qu\u2019\u00e0 lui dire.<\/p>\n<p>Tout au long de l\u2019intervention, je continuais de m\u2019\u00e9couter et \u00e0 mon grand plaisir, je suis rest\u00e9e centr\u00e9e sur ma respiration, sans broncher, sans aucune douleur. C\u2019est bien s\u00fbr du cas par cas. Il n\u2019y a pas de g\u00e9n\u00e9ralit\u00e9. Ce qui me convient m\u2019est personnel. D\u00e8s que je l\u2019identifie, j\u2019y reste fid\u00e8le, tant que cela m\u2019est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. Et c\u2019est satisfaisant \u00e0 la fin de voir les r\u00e9sultats que mon choix m\u2019apportent.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours des 15 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, j\u2019ai gard\u00e9 le cap sur ce sommet, cet horizon. J\u2019ai tant\u00f4t senti le vent, tant\u00f4t pli\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement mais pas trop, pour toujours revenir vers mon but\u00a0: mon bien-\u00eatre profond, ma sant\u00e9 optimale, ma libert\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre qui je suis. Plus je regarde droit devant, plus je grandis, plus je me suis fortifi\u00e9e, plus je me suis apais\u00e9e en suivant mon GSP interne, plus j\u2019ai senti que la vie en son entier me soutenait. I love admiring the mountains by gazing the peak, without derogation. I welcome the challenges of life, because they remind me to stay focused on\u00a0the horizon and the peaks, even when the wind blows and tries to distract me from my goal. I learned that lesson several times throughout my life journey. My ancestors have understood that too, as colonizers and explorers. If we set\u00a0back or fold our knees at the smallest obstacle, we do not reach the destination.\u00a0When we welcome the pitfalls as tools to propel or adapt our strategy, chances increase to achieve what we feel called for.<\/h3>\n<h3>Changing eating habits can be a journey where one can lose sight of our focu at times. That can be heard from the outside or the inside as disapproving comments, inquisitive, mocking and so on. This can be received as windstorms, slapped or extinguishers. That is the exact moment when we have to turn on the inner strength valv and look straight ahead without blinking. When in addition, it goes against current trends, we must be vigilant. Choosing to eat healthy, with mainly fruits and veggies, and maybe even raw, it might not pass handily.<\/h3>\n<h3>But at this very moment, things can become pretty\u00a0interesting; learning to rely on ourself is part of the process and unexpected benefits might come from these eating habits changes.<\/h3>\n<h3>As soon as we listen to our instinct, a burst of energy is released and it guides us firmly towards the direction to take and the route to follow, step by step. One day, on my dentist&rsquo;s chair, when he was about to give me the routine anesthetic for an intervention, I felt clearly that I did not need it. Spontaneously, I simply asked if that was necessary. The dentis told me that in 99.99% of patients, such intervention would be quite uncomfortable (painful&#8230;). Yet I still felt that I did not need it. Since the art of listening to me and trusting myself is something I like practicing for a while, I calmly expressed my desire not too receive this anesthetic. This holistic and open minded dentist said that if eventually I needed, I just had to tell him.<\/h3>\n<h3>Throughout the treatment, I continued to listen to me and happily, I stayed focused on my breathing, without flinching, without any pain. This is of course a case-by-case type of intervention. No generality here. What suits me is personal to me. As soon as I identify my need\/desire\/feeling, I remain faithful to it as long as it is beneficial to me. And it is satisfying at the end to see the results that are brought by my choice.<\/h3>\n<h3>Over the past 15 years, I have kept my focus on the summit, or the horizon. I sometimes felt the wind, sometimes bent slightly but not too much, always returning to my goal: my deep well-being, my optimal health, my freedom to be who I am. The more I look straight ahead, the more I grow, the more I fortify myself, the more peaceful I feel by following my inner GPS, the more I feel Life supporting me. Disapproval, inquisition and occasional mockery become pats on the shoulder reminding me to look straight ahead&#8230;<\/h3>\n<h3>Here is a simple recipe that inevitably gives me this clear and powerful look! Filter with a nut milk bag and rinse the blender container. Blend the filtered milk with the remaining ingredients.
