La raison qui r\u00e9ussira \u00e0 se faufiler parmi la masse d\u2019objections avec lesquelles l\u2019ego bombarde \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition la volont\u00e9 en soi m\u00e9rite un titre honorable.<\/p>\n<p>Si cette raison solide rejoint ma volont\u00e9, il se peut que l\u2019argument financier tente de l\u2019attaquer avec l\u2019\u00e9nonc\u00e9 suivant\u00a0: \u00ab Oui, mais manger sainement, \u00e7a co\u00fbte cher! \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Personnellement, mon d\u00e9sir d\u2019\u00eatre en sant\u00e9 pour vivre pleinement et librement n\u2019arrivera jamais \u00e0 se faire abrutir par un tel argument, d\u2019autant plus qu\u2019\u00e0 mes yeux cela est faux. Au bout du compte, mon assiette quotidienne est tout \u00e0 fait \u00e9conomique, en plus d\u2019\u00eatre hautement rentable.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques moyens pour justement \u00e9pargner, tout en gagnant plus. En gros, il s\u2019agit d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 faire les meilleurs choix d\u2019aliments et \u00e0 les utiliser de fa\u00e7on optimale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Faire une liste de ce qu\u2019on mange vraiment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 des gens font une rotation d\u2019environ 10 recettes. \u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoutent des aliments divers tels les fruits et l\u00e9gumes entiers, comme les pommes par exemple. N\u2019acheter que ce qu\u2019on utilise r\u00e9ellement nous emp\u00eache de perdre de l\u2019argent et de la nourriture <em>fant\u00f4me<\/em>\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- \u00c9tablir un budget nourriture et s\u2019en tenir \u00e0 ce point de rep\u00e8re<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est fort possible que si on n\u2019a pas de limite financi\u00e8re, l\u2019attrait du moment peut nous faire perdre le contr\u00f4le. \u00c0 partir de ces chiffres, on peut garder un certain \u00e9quilibre, puisque parfois le simple fait de se dire \u00ab en autant que ce soit sant\u00e9, je peux l\u2019ajouter \u00e0 mon panier de provisions \u00bb peut nous jouer des tours.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/assortiment-de-fruits-et-l\u00e9gumes-du-march\u00e9.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-50161\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/assortiment-de-fruits-et-l\u00e9gumes-du-march\u00e9-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"assortiment de fruits et l\u00e9gumes du march\u00e9\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>3- Acheter en gros<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Notre budget personnel ou familial peut \u00eatre quotidien, hebdomadaire, bimensuel, mensuel, annuel, etc. Si celui-ci le permet, on peut acheter nos ingr\u00e9dients les plus populaires en plus grande quantit\u00e9. \u00c9videmment, pour les denr\u00e9es p\u00e9rissables, comme les fruits et l\u00e9gumes, il y a lieu d\u2019\u00e9valuer nos besoins r\u00e9els; on doit alors d\u00e9terminer si le m\u00fbrissement suivra le m\u00eame rythme que notre consommation quotidienne. Ainsi, une caisse de bananes fra\u00eeches et biologiques pour deux personnes peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer moins pertinente. Par contre, si on aime en consommer congel\u00e9es pour en faire une cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e ou des smoothies et que l\u2019espace disponible au cong\u00e9lateur le permet, ce choix peut \u00eatre nettement avantageux. De plus, la plupart d\u2019entre elles entreposent leurs ingr\u00e9dients en suivant davantage les r\u00e8gles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire. Ainsi, leurs noix sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9es (\u00e0 v\u00e9rifier tout de m\u00eame aupr\u00e8s du grossiste). Je connais tout de m\u00eame plusieurs magasins d\u2019aliments naturels o\u00f9 ces ingr\u00e9dients sont r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4- Adopter des pratiques de saine conservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai la chance d\u2019avoir un fils qui aime particuli\u00e8rement garder un frigo en ordre. Je veille d\u2019ailleurs \u00e0 suivre son exemple\u2026 Quand chaque chose est \u00e0 sa place, on voit ce qu\u2019on a et on est plus enclin \u00e0 consommer ce qui s\u2019y trouve.<\/p>\n<p>Mes noix, graines et fruits s\u00e9ch\u00e9s sont conserv\u00e9s dans de fameux pots de verre de type Mason. Mes l\u00e9gumes et fruits frais, quant \u00e0 eux sont mis dans des contenants herm\u00e9tiques en verre ronds ou rectangulaires. Au garde-manger, mes c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et l\u00e9gumineuses ainsi que les produits du cacao sont dans des contenants herm\u00e9tiques. Au mur, un support \u00e0 bouteilles de vin inutilis\u00e9 s\u2019est converti en support \u00e0 \u00e9pices. Chacune de celles-ci est conserv\u00e9e dans des pots de verre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/\u00e9pices-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-50167\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/\u00e9pices-1-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\u00e9pices 1\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>5- Acheter localement et en saison<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les fruits et l\u00e9gumes constituent la majeure partie d\u2019une alimentation digne d\u2019\u00eatre qualifi\u00e9e de \u00ab saine \u00bb. Aussi, pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier au maximum de leurs bienfaits, il vaut mieux les acheter frais, sans qu\u2019ils aient \u00e9t\u00e9 entrepos\u00e9s pendant des semaines perdant ainsi la majeure partie de leurs nutriments. On en a donc pour notre argent!<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, en saison ils sont plus abondants et moins chers, par cons\u00e9quent. La Colombie-Britannique facilite ce choix, vu la grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 disponible d\u2019une semaine \u00e0 l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/raisins-Coronation_.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-50163\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/raisins-Coronation_-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"raisins Coronation_\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>6- S\u2019approvisionner directement de sa cuisine\u00a0: faire des pousses et germinations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On s\u2019entend pour dire que les aliments fra\u00eechement cueillis sont plus riches en nutriments. Des graines ayant germ\u00e9 dans un pot ou sur terreau sont non seulement les aliments les plus concentr\u00e9s en \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs, mais ils ont aussi le meilleur rapport qualit\u00e9-prix. En effet, on peut se procurer des graines pour quelques sous et produire des kilos et des kilos de germinations qui vaudraient plusieurs dollars, si on les achetait au magasin. Tout ce que cela implique est un peu de temps et de l\u2019eau. Ainsi, un plateau de pousses de tournesol me co\u00fbte environ 1,75$ (comparativement \u00e0 15$ ou plus, en magasin) et o,30$ pour un pot de tr\u00e8fle rouge germ\u00e9 (au lieu de 5$). Bien s\u00fbr, je ne compare m\u00eame pas la fra\u00eecheur qui est\u2026 incomparable.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/pousses-de-tournesol-au-soleil.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-50164\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/pousses-de-tournesol-au-soleil-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"pousses de tournesol au soleil\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>7- Jardiner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 v\u00e9cu dans un lieu o\u00f9 j\u2019avais acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des centaines d\u2019acres cultivables. Actuellement, c\u2019est un grand balcon qui accueille mes multiples plants de fraises, tomates, l\u00e9gumes verts feuillus et fines herbes. Il ne faut pas sous-estimer l\u2019espace cultivable qui nous entoure. Le jardinage urbain est d\u2019ailleurs le point de mire des visionnaires. Tout l\u2019argent \u00e9conomis\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 toute cette nourriture qui pousse chez moi est non n\u00e9gligeable.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/roquette.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-50171\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/roquette-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"roquette\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>8- Faire des choix<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suivant la p\u00e9riode de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, le prix des aliments varie et on a avantage \u00e0 prendre des notes. Quand je suis dans un magasin d\u2019alimentation, il m\u2019arrive de regarder le prix des aliments que je n\u2019ach\u00e8te pas. La viande, les poissons, les fruits de mer, les produits laitiers et hautement transform\u00e9s sont chers. Les fruits et l\u00e9gumes peuvent l\u2019\u00eatre aussi. J\u2019ai appris \u00e0 prioriser certains d\u2019entre eux lorsqu\u2019ils sont en saison bien s\u00fbr et aussi \u00e0 favoriser les plus \u00e9conomiques, la plupart du temps.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, les graines de tournesol peuvent facilement remplacer en partie ou en entier les noix pour mes laits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux ou mes p\u00e2t\u00e9s. Le sarrasin peut remplacer d\u2019autres graines plus dispendieuses. Les carottes sont bon march\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e et sont d\u00e9licieuses sous diverses formes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/lait-de-tournesol.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-50165\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/lait-de-tournesol-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"lait de tournesol\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>9- Consommer l\u2019aliment en entier<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je fais des choix, mais je me concentre sur ce qui est biologique. Je veux donc que mon investissement soit optimal et je veille \u00e0 ne rien gaspiller. Les citrons biologiques que je presse pour leur jus ont une seconde vie quand je les d\u00e9shydrate\u00a0: j\u2019utilise la poudre que j\u2019obtiens en les r\u00e9duisant en farine au m\u00e9langeur et je donne une saveur citronn\u00e9e \u00e0 plusieurs de mes plats.<\/p>\n<p>Le feuillage des l\u00e9gumes racines ou les queues de fraises vont dans mes jus. La pulpe de l\u00e9gumes de mes jus est r\u00e9utilis\u00e9e pour faire des craquelins ou une poudre de l\u00e9gumes d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9s. La pulpe de noix, de graines et de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales sert aussi pour faire des craquelins ou est d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9e pour faire une farine sans gluten et presque tout usage!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/citron-pelure-jus-poudre.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-50168\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/citron-pelure-jus-poudre-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"citron, pelure, jus, poudre\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>10- Ne pas jeter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir visionn\u00e9 le documentaire \u00ab <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodwastemovie.com\/\">Just Eat It: Food Waste Story <\/a>\u00bb, j\u2019ai appris que 40 % de ce qui est produit sur la terre n\u2019est pas consomm\u00e9 et qu\u2019en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, nous n\u2019utilisons que 25% de ce que nous achetons. Je ne veux pas participer \u00e0 ce mouvement inconscient du gaspillage.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.foodwastemovie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/logo-jei-preorder-vod2.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>11- Manger le plus cru possible<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Consommer des aliments crus apporte un maximum de nutriments. \u00c9tant mieux nourris, nous mangeons moins, ce qui est \u00e9conomique, sauf si nous mangeons nos \u00e9motions\u2026 Dans ma vie, je remarque que je suis beaucoup plus en sant\u00e9 et par cons\u00e9quent plus productive et efficace dans mon travail, ce qui peut \u00e9galement se traduire en valeur mon\u00e9taire au bout du compte. C\u2019est ce bilan global que je fais depuis des d\u00e9cennies. I know that several food stores refrigerate these ingredients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4- Adopt healthy practices to keep produce for more time<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I am lucky to have a son who especially likes to keep a fridge well organized. I make sure to also follow his example&#8230; When everything is in its place, we see what we have and we are more inclined to eat what&rsquo;s there.\u00a0My nuts, seeds and dried fruits are stored in Mason glass jars. My fresh vegetables and fruit, for their part are put in glass containers. In the pantry, my grains and beans as well as cacao products in airtight containers. On the wall, an unused wine bottle rack has become a spice rack. Also, to take full advantage of their benefits, it is worth buying them very fresh, without having been stored for weeks losing most of their nutrients. So it is worth your money!\u00a0Moreover, in season they are more abundant and therefore cheaper. Sprouted seeds in a jar or in soil are not only the most nutritious foods, but they also have the best quality\/price ratio. In fact, you can buy seeds for pennies and produce kilos and kilos of sprouts that would be worth several dollars if you bought them at the store. All it requires is a little time and water. Thus, a sunflower sprouts tray costs me about $ 1.75 (compared to $ 15 or more in stores) and a sprouted red clover jar is about $ 0.30 instead of $ 5. When I&rsquo;m in a grocery store, I sometimes look at the price of the food I do not buy. Meat, fish, seafood, dairy and highly processed products are expensive. Fruits and vegetables can be too. I learned to prioritize some of them when they are in season and of course also to favor cheaper ones, most of the time.For example, sunflower seeds can easily replace in part or in whole nuts for my vegetal milk or my pat\u00e9. Buckwheat can replace expensive seeds. Carrots are cheap all year long and are delicious in various forms.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/lait-de-tournesol.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-50165\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/lait-de-tournesol-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"lait de tournesol\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>9- Eat the whole food<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I make choices, but I focus on what is organic. So I want my investment to be optimal and I make sure not to waste anything. Organic lemons that I press for their juice have a second life when I dehydrate them: I get a powder by dehydrating it and grinding in a blender. I use that powder to give a lemony flavor to several of my dishes.\u00a0Root vegetable tops or strawberries stalks go into my juice. The pulp from my vegetable juice is reused for crackers or dehydrated vegetables powder. The nut, seed or grain pulp is also used to make crackers or is dehydrated to make a gluten free flour that I can use in different ways!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/citron-pelure-jus-poudre.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-50168\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/citron-pelure-jus-poudre-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"citron, pelure, jus, poudre\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>10- Do not waste<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After watching the documentary \u00ab\u00a0Just Eat It: Food Waste Story\u00a0\u00bb, I learned that 40% of what is produced on earth is not consumed and that, in general, we only use 25% of what we purchase. I do not want to participate in this unconscious movement of waste.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.foodwastemovie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/logo-jei-preorder-vod2.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>11- Eat as much raw as possible\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Consuming raw food provides maximum nutrients. Getting more nutrition, we eat less, which is economical, unless we eat our emotions&#8230; In my life, I notice that I am much healthier and therefore more productive and efficient at work, which can also result monetary value at the end of the day. It is this overall picture I am doing for decades.
