{"id":53348,"date":"2022-03-14T17:28:53","date_gmt":"2022-03-15T00:28:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/?p=53348"},"modified":"2022-04-04T09:08:28","modified_gmt":"2022-04-04T16:08:28","slug":"tofu-caramelise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chantaleroy.ca\/en\/tofu-caramelise\/","title":{"rendered":"Tofu caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 : rapide, nutritif et \u00e9conomique!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[:fr]14 mars 2022<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tofu caram\u00e9lis\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Chef Chantale Roy<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1 gros bloc de tofu ferme ou extra ferme, press\u00e9*, bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9 et en cubes<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs<\/p>\n<p>Huile de tournesol \u00e0 cuisson<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sauce\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/3 tasse d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<p>2-3 c. \u00e0 soupe de sauce tamari (ou soya)<\/p>\n<p>1 c. \u00e0 soupe de ketchup<\/p>\n<p>2 c. \u00e0 soupe de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/p>\n<p>1-2 c. \u00e0 soupe de gingembre frais, en pur\u00e9e (ou 1-2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de gingembre moulu)<\/p>\n<p>2 gousses d\u2019ail frais, en pur\u00e9e (ou 1-2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 d\u2019ail moulu)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Graines de s\u00e9same enti\u00e8res<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Tofu caram\u00e9lis\u00e9\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oLRHEXDVlgM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enrober les cubes de tofu dans la f\u00e9cule. Dans un po\u00ealon chaud, verser de l\u2019huile. Lorsque celle-ci est chaude, y d\u00e9poser le tofu enrob\u00e9 et laisser les cubes dorer de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 pendant 5 \u00e0 7 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une tasse \u00e0 bec verseur, m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce et verser le tout et les graines de s\u00e9same sur le tofu dor\u00e9 et laisser r\u00e9duire pendant 2-3 minutes.
